All prints are made to order, with a production time of a maximum of 5 business days for SMALL, MEDIUM, and LARGE, and 8 business days for GIANT prints.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional local taxes and import duties may apply. Customers are responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.

When ordering Products from FINEART for shipment to destinations outside the European Union, your order may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be calculated or predicted in advance.

You are solely responsible for the payment of any such duties, taxes, or fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance before placing your order.

It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country. FINEART cannot be held liable for any non-compliance with such laws.

Our team takes great care in packing FINEART prints so they arrive safely at your door:

• All of our frame’s mineral glass has been replaced by 3mm UV-resistant Plexiglas to prevent shattering during transport.
• Our custom-made Gallery Box packaging is available (option) with each print, providing a beautiful and secure box for your print.

We make sure that all order arrive safely at their destination, but if your package was delivered damaged, please read our Return Policy.
