All prints are made to order, with a production time of maximum 5 business days for SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE, and 8 business days for GIANT prints.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local taxes and import costs may apply. Customer is responsible to pay those extra charges at delivery.

If you order Products from FINEART for delivery to an International Delivery Destinations (outside the European Union), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Our team takes great care in packing FINEART prints so they arrive safely at your door:

• All of our frame’s mineral glass has been replaced by 3mm UV-resistant Plexiglas to prevent shattering during transport.
• Our custom-made Gallery Box packaging is available (option) with each print, providing a beautiful and secure box for your print.

We make sure that all order arrive safely at their destination, but if your package was delivered damaged, please read our Return Policy.
