How do I return a wrong or defective item?

Because we sell premium original quality photography prints, we understand that your expectations are high. If there is anything wrong with your print (from damaged packaging to printing issues), we give you the following alternatives :

  • Exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value.
  • Give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns for up to 14 days after delivery of your print. The print will have to be returned at your own expenses, in perfect condition. If the print is damaged, you will not be refunded. You can also ask an exchange for an alternative of your choice to equal value.

Import Taxes

What countries can be subject to import taxes / duties?

All non-European Union countries can be subject to import taxes / duties.

Who is responsible to pay for import taxes / duties?

ALL import taxes / duties are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

Import taxes are due for my order, when should I pay?

Before delivery, you will most likely be notified by e-mail that import taxes / duties are due for your order. You will be able to pay directly online or pay courier employee the day of delivery.

Import Taxes are due at delivery, can I cancel my order?

No, if import taxes are due at delivery, here are the possible options:

  1. Pay import taxes and fully accept the order,
  2. Pay import taxes, accept the order and return it to us in perfect condition. You will be refunded your order total value, minus shipping fees and import taxes.
  3. Deny delivery. You will NOT be refunded your order total value.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use: Paypal (pay with you Paypal account) and Stripe (pay with your debit/credit card). Both are third-party services.

Is my credit card info secure?

Absolutely. We won’t share your personal information with anyone nor does loickernen.com have access to your credit card, debit card or any bank details, thus making your payment secure.
